hub.brussels offers an opportunity of  3 months internship for student (bachelor or Master) : “Intern for the missions of Enterprise Europe Brussels, National Contact Point and related projects, with a focus on Public relations, Communication and Events “ M/W/X, .

Sectors: Energy-efficient Buildings and districts, Smart mobility and logistics, ICT for cities, Smart cities and communities, Energy management & recovery, Bio-based solution for urban districts, Smart and healthy living, Research and Innovation.


We offer a full immersion in the core activities of hub.brussels for PR, COM and Events activities:

Support to an international brokerage event in Brussels, in the framework of EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) and the Brussels Exporters Day

Clients prospection in sectors related to sustainable mobility, smart cities

Organisation (administration,logistics and communication) of workshops targeted to potential applicants to H2020

Participation to international events and workshops held in Brussels and related to Enterprise Europe Network and NCP Brussels for H2020


About hub.brussels, International & Innovation Business Unit The International & Innovation Business Unit has the following 3 key missions:

« Enterprise Europe Brussels »: to inform, guide and assist clients in technology import / export. Enterprise Europe Brussels is member of the Enterprise Europe Network set up by the European Commission in 2008, whose main mission is to promote innovation and competitiveness in Europe, especially by helping SMEs to go international. The Enterprise Europe Network is made of about 600 local partners covering more than 60 countries. « Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs »: to inform, guide and assist clients in using this cross-border exchange program which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other Participating Countries To support these 3 missions, hub.brussels is involved as a partner in several EU-funded projects, such as:

C-energy-2020 (Secure, Clean and Efficient Energy NCP), NCP Academy (Training of Legal and Finan-cial NCP), Enterprise Europe Brussels, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs


Intern Profile

You are a student in International Relations, Communication, Environemental sciences/management

You are fluent in English (both spoken and written) and in Dutch or French, you have a strong team spirit and good IT skills - Word, Excel, Power Point, Email & internet

You have an interest for Energy & Efficiency Technologies for Cities

You have a passion for international and public relations, communication and the organization of events

You are keen to get involved with Private companies (including Start-ups SMEs and large companies), Public authorities and municipalities, Industry associations, Universities and research centers, Investors and Business Angels

You want to improve your knowledge of the organization and Programs of the European Commission
