In the framework of the European Sustainable Energy Week 2017 (EUSEW17), C-Energy 2020, the network of the Horizon 2020 Energy NCPs, invites you to the half-day workshop “ENERGY in HORIZON 2020: remaining opportunities for 2017 and introduction to the 2018-2020 Work Programme".

COME AND PITCH YOUR PROJECT!
Participants will be able to PRESENT THEIR PROJECT PROPOSALS or COOPERATION OFFERS:
- with a 5-MINUTE PITCH (granted on first come first serve basis according to the capacity, but preference would be given to the mature project descriptions), and
- supported by a POSTER (A1for all participants).
If you would like to present your poster and/or pitch your project, please indicate it in the registration form. We will then send you the template for the pich and the instructions for your poster.

The workshop takes place the day before – and is meant to compliment - the E²Tech4Cities “Energy and Efficiency Technologies for Cities” 2017 brokerage event. Info on this event: here.

The event is organised in collaboration with:
- the NCP_WIDE.NET network, the network of the Spreading Excellence and Widening Participation,
- ERRIN, the European Regions Research & Innovation Network

The workshop is open to all organisation – SMEs or big companies, universities, research centres or spin-off companies, and public administrations - dealing with the RESEARCH & INNOVATION within the ENERGY sector.

The aim is to provide them with an insight of the Horizon 2020 funding opportunities on ENERGY:
- which are still available for 2017, and
- foreseen in the upcoming Work Programme 2018-2020

The event will also feature presentations about:
- the lessons learnt & tips and tricks about successful Horizon 2020 project proposals
- the opportunities for energy under the topic “Spreading Excellence and Widening Participation” (still open for 2017 and in the new WP 2018-2020)
- the services provided by the EEN and ERRIN in the constitution of an H2020 consortium.

The workshop is free of charge, but registration is mandatory.
