The current COVID-19 crisis activated worldwide many initiatives to support and help those who are in need mostly fragmented on a regional scale. Nevertheless, we all are facing the same challenges and are looking for solutions in order to support the entire healthcare sector.

The EASME team has prepared video briefings that explain in detail each of the 10 topics of the open Call for Proposals 2020.

Due to the current situation around the coronavirus, the largest games fair, the gamescom, will only take place digitally this year.

We too have decided to virtually host the annual gamesmatch. From August 25th to 27th you can find potential cooperation partners here and talk to them via video call.

European Research and Innovation Days is the European Commission’s annual flagship event, bringing together policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs and citizens to debate and shape the future of research and innovation in Europe and beyond.

Due to the pandemic, during the past months, a series of events have been cancelled. We want to nevertheless secure an opportunity to show all the results achieved and the efforts made by our Members and partners working in the Shift2Rail Research and Innovation Programme.

We will be present as Exhibitors, and we will make a presentation on last calls under H2020-Drone and Security-related topics, during the Matchmaking Event!

Following the cancellation of the edition scheduled for June 11-13, 2020, various scenarios have been studied, in consultation with the major partners of the event. Faced with the uncertainty of how the crisis will evolve, the conditions cannot be met for a postponement to autumn 2020 in the same format that led to the success of the four previous editions. To support the recovery, all energy will be concentrated on the spring 2021 edition.
