The EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) – the biggest event dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe – is back for its 15th edition taking place in Brussels between 22 and 26 June 2020.
During the week, Europe’s most outstanding sustainable energy projects will be awarded as part of the EU Sustainable Energy Awards competition.
The call for project submissions is now closed! You can still nominate outstanding Women in Energy until 3 March 2020.
This year's competition features the following categories:
- Engagement - recognising activities of high social value, inspiring and motivating citizens to change their energy use habits
- Innovation - honouring outstanding EU-funded events that show an original and innovative approach to the sustainable energy transition
- Youth - identifying exceptional activities carried out by people under 30
Final nominees will be invited to present and promote their innovative projects to an EU-wide audience at the EUSEW Awards ceremony on 23 June 2020.
